In spirit of the fantasy theme of Mu Online, we are pleased to announce that one of our admins, Diegobarle, has released his first published book called Outworlder: Echoes of The Great Calamity.

This is a cunning portal fantasy novel in the style of an anime, full of magic, swordfights and monsters that you might enjoy (more details here).

The past January 21 we had an issue with our Internet Service Provider which made the server unaccessible for over a day.
On January 22 we managed to solve the issue with our Internet Service Provider and the server has been operational ever since.

Due to changes, the .main in our client had to be updated. Please find the new version of the client v2.2 available in our downloads section. Our old v1 client has also been updated with the same solution, which can also be found in the downloads section.

Hello all!

We are constantly working on trying to bring you the best experience possible to the server and we have been makings some improvements to the game and the website. Find more about these below!

• After popular request, we have updated our client to fix the images that were wrong for some swords, bows, maces, staffs and shields, to use the original skins and keep that feeling of nostalgia that everyone so much looks forward to when joining our server. You can download it from our Downloads site.
• As the server has been becoming more active, we have increased the frequency of the Sky Event, Happy Hour, Party Bonus, Lucky Jewels and Lucky Mixes.
• We have also updated the Sky event rewards to have better drops, so now you may receive an excellent item!
• There is now a new Web NPC section in the website. These NPCs behave in a similar way to the NPCs in-game, and will help to bring back the value of zen. You can interact with them to trade special items for rewards or to make new combinations apart from the ones by the Chaos Machine (coming in the future!). You can access these NPCs from here.
• In line with the above, the Zaikan now drop a new item called Heart (not to confuse it with the Heart of Love) which replaces the excellent drops. This change fixes the Zaikan occasional drop of zen or non-excellent items (though the usual server drop applies, so there are chances that the monster might not drop anything). Once you get this Heart item, head to our Web NPCs to exchange it for a great reward - you will not be be disappointed 
• We are offering a 40% discount for buying extra vaults! So take advantage of this by heading to the warehouse.
• We have made improvements to the spots in multiple maps so that the monsters do not appear in a single point which made it hard to pick up dropped items (specially jewels and items required for the Daily Quests).

Unfortunately, we have seen some users using hacks to increase their attack speed or try to be in advantage over other users. These accounts are being banned and we do not discriminate between people playing for free and people donating to the server. They are all penalised the same way and we will not tolerate any of these unfair behaviours. We want to remind you of our Game Rules and to follow them to avoid any penalties.

Hello all!

We have been making improvements to our website to bring you more exciting features that extends outside the game!

Apart from voting for the server and exchanging stat points, now you can get extra credits by simply logging into your account every day! Simply head to Get Credits and then Daily Credits. Click on the button and that's it - as simple as that 

Also in that same section of the website you can access Daily Quests: a set of 3 quests that refreshes every day where you find items in the game and get credits for completing them. And you will get a bonus if you complete the 3 of them each day  Hint: Blood Castle and Devil Square are great places to find most of these items quickly 

If you need extra space to store those quest items in your vault, you can consider extending it from the Warehouse.

And finally, for our VIP users, we have removed the ads from the website - like a breeze in a hot summer day! Thank you for contributing to our server

We are trying a new client which supports 3D camera, windows mode and proper sounds (like the iconic level up). If you want to test it out, you can find it here. (Note that there were some reports on the Launcher not starting or the "Start Game" button doing nothing. This is usually the antivirus giving you trouble. If you still encounter problems, our old client can still be used. Find it here).
